# Can I return a bridle?

Yes, you have **14 days** from receipt of your order to return the bridle if it doesn’t suit you. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To help us process your return quickly, please **submit your return request** via your customer account and include the **delivery slip in your package** (or, if unavailable, your name and order number).
