# How to return a rental bit?

To return your bit after trying it out, go to “My Orders” in your [customer account](https://www.morsandmore.com/en/my-account):

1. Select the relevant order
2. Check the bit(s) you wish to return as a rental and specify the reason for the return
3. Confirm your return and send the item(s) back in careful packaging, clearly indicating your name or order number. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the bit within 7 working days and issue either a store credit or a refund, based on your request.
