# I haven’t received my refund, what should I do?

If you have made a return, please allow up to **7 days** for our team to process it after receiving the package at our warehouse. The refund procedure is completed once the **contents and return conditions have been verified**.

After the refund is processed, it usually takes **24 to 48 business hours** for the amount to appear on your bank account.
