# Is it possible to return a bridle?

Yes, you have **14 days** from the receipt of your order to return the bridle if it doesn’t suit you. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

To help us process your return efficiently, please **register your return request** through your customer account and **include the delivery slip in your package** (or, if not available, your name and order number).

⚠️ The bridle must be **returned unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging**. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and shipping fees will be charged to send the bridle back to you.
