# What are your return conditions?

All products must be **returned new, with tags, and in their original packaging**. They must not have been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return meets the above conditions, you may choose to receive a **refund** to your original payment method or a **voucher**. Please allow 2 to 6 days after we receive your return to receive the store credit or refund, minus the original shipping fees—whether they were initially offered or not.
