What should I do if I’m not home when my package is delivered?

Accepted Answer

If you’re absent at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice. This notice will either indicate the date of the next delivery attempt or the address of the pickup point where your package has been dropped off.

In some cases, you may be able to reschedule the delivery or select a different pickup point by following the instructions on the notice. Please note: these changes must be made quickly, otherwise your request may not be processed in time.

If you had scheduled a delivery appointment but were still unavailable, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to arrange a new delivery.

⚠️ If you miss several delivery attempts or do not collect your package from the pickup point, it will be automatically returned to us. You will be refunded once the package is received, and you’ll be able to place a new order if you wish.
