The bit I ordered doesn’t suit my needs. Can I return it?

Accepted Answer

You have 15 days to notify us of your return and send the bit back. Two scenarios are possible:

The bit is unused: You will be refunded the price of the bit, minus shipping costs (even if they were initially offered).
The bit has been used: It falls under our rental policy, and specific rental fees will apply.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to deduct rental fees from your refund if signs of wear are detected during inspection by our team.

What delivery options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

You can choose from three delivery methods:

home delivery (standard or express),
pick-up at a relay point,
click & collect in our partner saddleries,
or in-store collection (our showroom is located in Tourcoing, Northern France).

We work with various carriers including Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL Express, and Chronopost.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can choose to collect your order in-store. To do so, simply select the "Click & Collect" option during the shipping method selection at checkout.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Question 4

How should I care for my bridle or double bridle?

Accepted Answer

To ensure the longevity of your tack, proper care is essential. Leather lasts longer when it is well-maintained and stored in a dry place.

Initially, we recommend oiling your bridles before their first use to soften and waterproof the leather.

Afterward, we advise regularly cleaning your leather with glycerin soap and conditioning it with a nourishing balm (about once every two weeks, depending on use).

Annual oiling is also recommended and may be repeated if the leather needs additional suppleness.

What should I do if I received a different item than the one I ordered?

Our team performs a thorough double-check before shipping every order. However, mistakes can occasionally happen, and we sincerely apologize for this.

If you notice an error in your shipment, please contact us by phone at +33 6 36 40 70 16 or by email at contact@morsandmore.com, including a photo of the incorrect item received and your order number. Our team will provide you with a return label for sending back the wrong item and will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
