Can I have two deliveries for the same order?

Split shipments are not automatic: your order is shipped once all items are in stock.


However, if one or more products are being restocked, you can request an initial shipment with the items currently available. To do so, please contact our customer service. Note that additional fees may apply for this second shipment.


If you have not yet confirmed your order, it’s often simpler to place two separate orders:


  • A first order containing only the products in stock, shipped within the usual timeframe,
  • A second order with the restocking items, shipped as soon as they become available.
