Can I return a bridle?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the bridle if it doesn’t suit you. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To help us process your return quickly, please submit your return request via your customer account and include the delivery slip in your package (or, if unavailable, your name and order number).

The bridle must be returned new, with tags, and in its original packaging.
