All items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Most bits are part of our rental service and can be returned if the request is made within 15 days of receiving your order. For more information, please refer to the Bit Rental section.

If you would like to make an exchange, we kindly ask that you place a new order.
