Can I try the bridle I ordered on my horse?

Upon receiving your bridle, you may place it on your horse’s head to check if it suits their shape or not. Please only place it on the head without removing the tags, and do not use it in a riding session; otherwise, your return will be refused.

⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns of bridles that are damaged, used, without tags, or oiled. In such cases, shipping fees will be charged to resend the bridle to you.
