How can I know if a product is available?

Below the quantity selector, you will see an indication showing whether the item is “available” or will be shipped “within a certain timeframe”. In the latter case, an estimated delivery time will be provided. We strive to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes orders may arrive much sooner than expected. When this happens, we will ship your order the same day we receive the items in stock.

Conversely, the estimated time may be longer than initially stated. This estimate depends largely on the availability from our suppliers, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. In any case, you will receive an email notification if your product is awaiting restocking, keeping you informed about the status of your order.
