One or more items are missing from my order, what should I do?
Before contacting our customer service team, please ensure that it is not a partial shipment. Some orders may be split into two shipments. If this is the case, it is normal, and the rest of your order will arrive later.
However, if a product is indeed missing from your order, please contact us by phone at +33 6 36 40 70 16 or send an email to contact@morsandmore.com, specifying your order number and the reference of the missing product. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
