What should I do if I received a different item than the one I ordered?

If you notice an error in your shipment, please contact us by phone at +33 6 36 40 70 16 or by email at contact@morsandmore.com, including a photo of the incorrect item received and your order number. Our team will provide you with a return label for sending back the wrong item and will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.
