Can I return a bit if it doesn’t suit me?

You have 15 days to notify us of your return and send the bit back. Two scenarios are possible:

1. The bit is unused: You will be refunded the price of the bit, minus shipping costs (even if they were initially offered).
2. The bit has been used: It falls under our rental policy, and specific rental fees will apply.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to deduct rental fees from your refund if signs of wear are detected during inspection by our team.
