I wasn’t able to collect my parcel from the Mondial Relay pickup point.

No worries if you couldn’t pick it up in time — the parcel will be automatically returned to us after about 15 days. Once we receive it back, we’ll get in touch with you to arrange either a new shipment (reshipping fees may apply) or a refund, depending on your preference.
