My parcel is marked as delivered in the tracking system, but I have not received it.
The delivery of your order is handled by an external carrier and is therefore not directly under the responsibility of Mors And More.
If the parcel is marked as delivered, we first recommend checking whether it may have been placed in your mailbox or received by a neighbor or someone in your household.
If, despite these checks, you are still unable to locate your parcel by the end of the day, we advise you to dispute the delivery. To do so, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to report the issue.
At the same time, please contact us and include the following documents with your request:
- A copy (front and back) of the recipient’s ID card
- A signed sworn statement declaring non-receipt of the parcel (including the date and order details), or a copy of a police report
We will then reach out to the carrier directly to support your delivery dispute.
Please note that the investigation carried out by the carrier may take several weeks—a delay that is unfortunately beyond our control.
