What are your return conditions?

All products must be returned new, with tags, and in their original packaging. They must not have been used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return meets the above conditions, you may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or a voucher. Please allow 2 to 6 days after we receive your return to receive the store credit or refund, minus the original shipping fees—whether they were initially offered or not.
